High School students from Morgan County are invited to demonstrate their public speaking skills in a speech competition focused on James Madison and his legacy.
Finalists in the competition will present 5-minute speeches on James Madison, the “Father of the Constitution” for whom the city of Madison is named. A panel of judges will award cash prizes to the top three speakers.
The competition will be held here at MMCC and the community is welcome to attend in celebration of Constitution Week and America’s 250th year.
