The current Collector’s Cabinet Exhibit in the entry hall of the Cultural Center is a display of Hourglasses owned by Brad Rice. Since the beginning of time, man has been interested in ways to document time, from Stonehenge to nuclear clocks.
Collector’s Cabinet: Morehouse Famille Rose Porcelain Collection
The current Collector’s Corner Exhibit in the entry hall of the Cultural Center is a display of Chinese Export Porcelain owned by the Morehouse family. Chinese ceramics were being made in China 2,000 years ago. Over time, the shapes and colors and decorations changed.
Collector’s Cabinet: Children’s Tea Sets and Miniatures
An amazing collection of European, English, German, French, American, Nippon and Occupied Japan tea sets and miniatures are on display in MMCC’s Collector’s Cabinet now through Feb. 2022.
Vintage Duck Decoy Collection
The Vintage Duck Decoy Collection of Gene Massey features 18 working decoys primarily from New England, Maine, and Maryland. The collection can be viewed in the “Collector’s Cabinet” located in the front lobby of MMCC, Tues.-Sat., 10AM-5PM.
